Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped, along with a tracking link.

Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–6 business days
• Rest of India: 5–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or local disruptions beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above a set amount (see checkout for current threshold)
• A flat shipping fee applies on orders below this amount

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most pin codes across India. A small COD handling fee may apply, shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can also check your order status by contacting us with your order number.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
